1. Introduction
Welcome to Project Xodus! These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our services, including consultations, professional development, audits, and coaching. By engaging with our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Scope of Services
Project Xodus provides educational consulting services, including but not limited to on-site evaluations, professional development, school culture audits, and advisory roles. The scope of each service will be defined in the client agreement specific to each engagement.
3. Pricing and Payment Terms
Our service fees are flexible and can be negotiated to accommodate the specific needs of your institution. Pricing and payment terms will be outlined in a separate agreement for each engagement. All payments must be completed as per the agreed-upon schedule unless alternative arrangements are made in writing.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled service to avoid cancellation fees. Refunds for prepaid services are subject to review and will be granted based on the terms outlined in your specific service agreement.
5. Confidentiality
Project Xodus respects the confidentiality of all client information and adheres to strict data protection standards. Any data, insights, or findings derived during our engagement will be used solely for the purposes outlined in the agreement and will not be shared with third parties without prior consent.
6. Intellectual Property
All reports, resources, and materials provided during our engagement are the intellectual property of Project Xodus. Clients may use these materials internally within their institution but may not distribute, sell, or otherwise share them without our express permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Project Xodus is committed to providing high-quality consulting services; however, we do not guarantee specific outcomes. We shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
8. Modifications to Services
Project Xodus reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service offering at our discretion. Clients will be informed of any significant changes that may impact their engagement.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Georgia (GA) and Pennsylvania (PA). Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of either Georgia or Pennsylvania, as applicable.
